It has been a long time since I wrote on my blog……so much of life lessons learned and learning so feel more ready to write:
Last night after listening to concert my granddaughter was in, I stopped at a convenience store for a cup of Java! One clerk was in the store no one else. I wished him a Merry Christmas. He said, “I hope so”. I quipped, “Make it so”!
As I stepped into my car slowly and drove off, I realized I had been living what I said to him. Since my nearly fatal accident 16 months earlier, each day I have poured into that day a “merry heart does good like medicine” (Proverb). Indeed it has and does.
This Christmas whatever your circumstances or situation, whatever your comfort or discomfort, “Make it a Merry” time. Imagine how Mary and Joseph lived that and check in tomorrow for the story?
